For the first time, the Ministers of Urban Development are meeting at the G7 - and have chosen "Women in the City" as one of their three main topics. Women7 (W7), which accompanies the G7 process from a women's and gender perspective, has developed recommendations with some experts from the Advisory Group, which are published here. One of the most important and fundamental demands is the implementation of inclusive and innovative urban planning processes that counteract colonial and patriarchal continuities that still affect access to mobility, housing, economic and political participation, education and health services.
